Each morning there is a shuffle up the steps out of Birmingham New Street which brings to mind Adam and the Ants. As passengers sprint from commuter services and are funnelled out of the Navigation Street exit they are forced to take a step, pause, take a step, pause. If Stuart Goddard was available and Diana Dors was still alive this could be choreographed properly. With a pulsing AntMusic soundtrack it’d be electric.
No one seems to realise. It’s one of those beautiful quirks in life that we pass by without paying necessary attention.
